Colorado Springs Courtroom Experience

Municipal Trespass- Deferred Sentence Revocation

Client was charged with trespass, in violation of Colorado Springs municipal ordinance. A conviction would have caused complications to my client’s out of state deferred sentence. After pointing out the flaws in the City’s case, and the true motive of the complaining witness who was client’s landlord, the Colorado Springs City Attorney agreed to dismiss the case. Client was able to protect his record from the bogus allegations made in the case, both in getting this case dropped and protecting his deferred sentence from out of state.
